I visit my non-vegan niece and nephew quite often and want to turn them on to vegan meals without getting preachy or scaring them off with too many green veggies. Moms, dads, anyone who cooks for non-vegan kids a lot, I need your advice!
What is your most successful approach to cooking for non-vegan kids and what recipes do you use as your go-to? Snacks too! Do you try and teach them about plant-based or vegan lifestyles or do you let the food speak for itself?
And ps. How do you answer that question from kids "why don't you eat meat?" -- I know what I always say, but I am curious what YOU respond with. Thank you!
