I, Jamie Hernandez, am a Holistic Health Coach and I specialize in helping people transition to a plant-based diet and exporing more plant-based foods. David Patterson has been eating a plant-based diet for more than a decade and has worked closely with a number of plant-based professionals during that time, including Dr. Gabriel Cousens of the Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center.
We are so excited to share our expertise with this group to help you discover how easy and delicious it can be to eat more plants! Each day we will include recipes and information, as well as generating discussions and answering your questions.
Week 1 will focus on breakfast recipes (including green smoothies) and snacks, and topics such as plant-based stapes, protein on a plant-based diet, and key vitamins and minerals among others.
Week 2 will focus on lunch and dinner recipes, and will include topics such as eating out on a vegan diet, raw vs cooked food, feeding children a plant-based diet and more!
We are truly passionate about this lifestyle, and cannot wait to share this information with others who want to learn more!
