Hi there! I feel that I need to start off by saying I am a natural born morning person. I also get between 7 and 8 hours of sleep a night. Those 2 factors are key or the following would not be possible. I wake up at the crack of dawn, usually 6 AM, and start my day of with yoga. I then get ready for my day job, then spend the rest of my spare time before work picking up the house or cleaning 1 thing (this way I don't have to when I get home). Then work. Come home, cook dinner, if it is bloggable, then I snap some photos. Eat dinner. Husband gets home, I may do computer blog work while watching tv for an hour or so. Then the remainder of the night I spend enjoying myself and being a lazy bum, Bed around 10:30PM. Repeat. Weekends are spent traveling, blogging, but I keep the same wake up routine. Having a big morning makes all the difference for me!
