I am OBSESSED with my new rebounder, aka trampoline. I purchased it because i have been reading about how much rebounder help with moving lymph fluid. There are more lymph vessels in your body that blood vessels, and unlike blood vessels, lymph fluid does not flow freely. It must be moved through muscles movement, body movements or manual stimulation. So I have been jumping ten minutes twice a day and love it! Any other rebounder fans out there? Do you know other ways to help your lymphatic system??
