Last night I did something pretty simple, but genius. I used my microplane to add a thin but generous layer of grated dark chocolate over top the foamy top layer of my vegan hot cocoa. When you serve it, it begins to melt into a silky thin layer. The cocoa ended up tasting like melted chocolate with ever sip, without the heaviness of a "sipping chocolate" style beverage. It was such a little thing that made a huge difference. I will try it on lattes next!
ANYWAYS, I am wondering if YOU guys have any other super simple, but secret + genius tips or things you do to make you vegan recipes taste extra special.
