Hi @VeggieMom ! Sounds as if you've had a crazy few days--don't beat yourself up for not being perfect. You weren't even that bad--you just need for fruits and veggies
Also, thanks for your sympathy! As it turned out, my friend finally agreed to meet me at this vegan/Kosher restaurant and LOVED it. So, it was frustrating at first, but it worked out better than I'd thought it would.
So, last night I ended up having oatmeal with hot chocolate powder mixed in. Oh well haha.
I'm really hoping I force myself to the gym today; I haven't been there since last Thursday. I know I needed some rest, and I did walk outside on the other days (except yesterday--I was 100% sedentary), but I need to get back into it.
